Need a Hand? We’ll Come Pick It Up!

Have gently used items you’d like to donate but can’t bring them in yourself? No problem – we offer local pick-up for larger donations like furniture, appliances, and bulk items. Just fill out the form below with a few details, and we’ll be in touch to schedule a convenient time. Thank you for helping us keep good things out of landfills and into loving new homes!

The following is a list of items we cannot accept: Mattresses/Box Springs; Pianos; Car Seats; Broken, Torn, or Soiled Furniture; Tube TVs; Hospital Beds; Hardwired Fixtures; Toilets; Sinks; Food; or Firearms. All items for pick-up must be located on the first floor.

When a pick-up time and date is assigned we request, for safety reasons, that an adult be present at the location at the time of pick-up and that there be easy access and clear walkways to be able to pick up the donated items. Again, all items must be located on the first floor.

Donations can be dropped off at our retail location located at 9100 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140, from 8 AM to 7 PM.
